We expect you to use your Flexx Handlebars as we do. Ride them, enjoy them, love them, that's what they are made for. We warranty our product to be free of defects in material or craftsmanship for 2 years from the original purchase date. Valid proof of purchase is needed, if you bought the bar direct from us, we'll have record. Normal wear and tear, abused, misused, improper installation, lost, or modified products are not covered by our Craftsmanship Warranty. Anodize fading or discoloring does not fall under the Craftsmanship Warranty due to variables in soap, cleaning, and maintenance products out of our control. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges concerning warranty claims. If you believe you have a craftsmanship issue please call or email us to receive an RA#.
Crash Damage Warranty
In the event of damage caused by a crash, we offer a 50% off retail warranty to the original purchaser for a period of 2 years.
Why doesn't Fasst Company sell replacement handles and centers?
First and foremost, it's a big insurance liability to sell the main structural components of the bar separately, otherwise we'd have folks piecing together 20 year old handlebars in their garage and we'd be at fault in the event of a failure. Another big reason we don't sell handles or center sections separately is if you have a big crash that damages or bends one component of the bar, that stress riser can spread through multiple components and just replacing a single component isn't the safest solution. Additionally, the retail cost on a handle or center section with the hardware required to replace it costs more than the price of a replacement bar through our crash damage warranty program.

Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on warranty claims.
2nd hand purchases are not covered by our warranty. Warranty coverage is only available to the original purchaser with valid proof of purchase.
Warranty claims can go directly through Fasst Company.
