Shipping Policy

We're extremely grateful for your order, but please allow up to 24hrs for in stock products to ship. As hard as we try, we're not Amazon. We don't have hundreds of employees or robots running around packaging orders. We're an extremely small business, smaller than you probably imagine, so please allow 24hr to ship in stock products. 

If you're not sure if something is in stock or not, please call us to check before placing your order. If it's a handlebar, assume it will take 3-4 weeks to ship. It should ship quicker but conservatively.  

Please check your email, spam included. If something is out of stock we will email you about it within 1 business day. Don't email us for tracking information if it sits soundly in your spam folder. 

For your security, our website offers a shipping option to require a signature release. If you live in a questionable area or think porch pirates might be in your area, please ship to a secure address like your office, or select signature required in the checkout option. If you choose to ship your package without a signature required and your package is stolen off your door step, you'll need to reach out to the shipping carrier with the tracking number to file a claim.
