THE FLEXX E-MTB

Now built on a 35mm clamp area, the all alloy Flexx E-Mtb isolates your upper body from abuse and vibration, allowing you to ride longer and charge harder. Flexx Handlebars are tunable to your preferences, you control how soft or stiff the bar is.

Flexx Handlebars are precise in the steering path yet forgiving in the load path, yielding uncompromised control and abuse reduction. Flexx Handlebars provide the feedback of a traditional bar while taking the edge off of the abuse.

Made in the USA and built from 7075 aluminum, the pivot point is the back bone of our design and philosophy, providing rigidity to channel the abuse through the elastomers. Titanium pivot pins and hardware mate the components together and retain the elastomers.

Best MTB Bars Ever

I've been looking for a handlebar to mitigate vibrations I bought my ebike at the beginning of the year. I had been running Race Face NextR carbon for years, and it just wasn't helping with hand pain/fatigue anymore. I had considered trying more 'compliant' bars like One Up or the newer Race Face Era bars, but by chance Fasst Company showed up in my research. After looking for reviews, everyone has had positive feedback, so I pulled the trigger.

Installation was pretty straightforward, but instructions were strict about keeping the direction of flex in line with fork suspension travel. I was used to having my bars rolled slightly forward to increase rise and reach slightly. Also, I ordered the 12° backsweep in order to accommodate the natural position of my hand placement in the bars. I had run 8° for years and never understood why I had pain at the base of my thumb. I now understood the importance of backsweep for comfort. But running 12° reduced my reach. To mitigate this, I run a Renthal Apex 60mm stem with 6°rise. I kept the bars at 800mm, as I was told by Fasst Company that it could affect your leverage, and may need to change the elastomer. But after a day of DH, I cut it to my preferred 760mm and kept the same recommended stock elastomer installed (red).

It's the best bar I've ever used. For the first time, I didn't get any pain/fatigue in my hands and forearms after a DH run. I ride in SoCal with rock gardens, hardpack, and tons of small bump chatter; and these bars eat up all the vibrations. I don't feel the flex at all during a ride, jumps, or drops: it just feels like a normal bar. Even the 12° backsweep has helped relieve the pressure from the base of my thumb, where now my while hand can actually grip the bars evenly. This base exceeded all expectations. Better than any carbon bar, and even the RevGrips. I installed RevGrips for more vibration reduction, but I don't notice a difference; my first test run was with my PNW Loam grips. The Flex bar works so well, RevGrips were irrelevant, but still nice to have added comfort. With these bars making DH runs so comfortable, I have far better control than I ever had, and have been riding faster and harder than ever before.

If you're looking for comfort and control, these Flex bars are worth every investment. My line of work involves hand dexterity, and these have saved my hands. I can now enjoy riding hard, and not get fatigued for the rest of the day, and comfortably go to work pain free.

(My only wish is they make a 35-40mm rise, and it'd be perfect for me🤙)

Not a gimmick

Having two hand surgeries and currently riding with tennis elbow these bars make a huge difference. This was confirmed this past weekend when i demo'd several bikes. Every bike was unforgiving on my wrists and upper body compared to my Flexx equipped bike.

Gave new life to the bike

Picked up a set this week at the Hurricane Utah MTN Festival. Jason and Chris were great, let me demo a set on my bike. Absolutely loved them. Highly recommend!
