YFZ450R
- The YFZ450r comes stock with 1 ⅛” diameter bar clamps which will fit the Flexx Bars.
- A +1” or +.5” Steering stem is required when running an oversized tank. The steering stem’s Anti Vibration Bar Clamp Bolts will hit the tank at full turn. The bar clamp bolts will eventually puncture the gas tank.
Raptor 700
- Comes stock with ⅞” handlebar clamps. Requires either the 2” ROX Pivoting Risers/Adapter, or an aftermarket steering stem solution. A lower bar clamp adapter will not be enough rise to clear the gas tank.
- A +1.25” stem with our Quad High will achieve OEM handlebar height.
- Older models without dashboard and key switch integrated into the front fender will need the ROX Speed FX Dash Panel for Key Switch relocation. Another solution is to relocate the key switch into the front fender. Be sure not to relocate the key switch where the rider’s knee could come in contact with while riding.
- Our Quad Bars are 31 inches wide, while our Moto Bars are 32 inches wide.
- All Quad bends offer 9” of handle room, over an inch more than a traditional bar.
- All Moto bends offer 9.5” of handle room, over 1.5 inches more than a traditional bar.
- We have a new low bar that’s 68mm tall. This means we now have 3 different bar heights: 68mm, 92mm, and 116mm.
- The 92mm bar was previously referred to as the “Quad Low”, it’s now referred to as the “Standard” height. The 68mm tall bar will now be refferred to as the "Quad Low". The 116mm “Quad High” will go unaffected.
- If running a low bar on a TRX or YFZ, a +1 stem is needed for the bar to clear an oversized fuel tank
- Flexx Handlebars are 1 1/8" at the mounting section and 7/8" at the handles.
- On ATV’s the ideal backsweep is usually a 14° or a 15°, pending your height and what kind of riding you’re primarily doing. Most ATV’s come stock with a bar most identical to our 15* Quad High.
- Traditionally taller riders prefer a straighter bar like the 14°.
